The Curious Thing Princess Charlotte Enjoys About School

Even though Princess Charlotte is, well, a princess, she is still just a normal little girl, with hobbies, interests, and classes. According to Hello!, 6-year-old Charlotte and her 8-year-old brother, Prince George, both go to Thomas's Battersea School, while 3-year-old Prince Louis goes to Willcocks Nursery School.

Jane Moore of the British talk show "Loose Women" discussed the prep school further, per The Sun, saying, "It's a really great little school actually for the reasons I think that it really focuses on kindness ... There are signs everywhere saying be kind; that's the ethos of the school." She went on to share how the school handles fairness and friendships, explaining that an eyebrow-raising school policy requires kids to invite all of their classmates to a party if they want to hand out invitations at school. The policy is meant to make everyone feel included instead of allowing cliques to form on campus. The anchor added, "They don't encourage you to have best friends."

Princess Charlotte may not have a BFF to look forward to seeing at school, but there is something about her education that she gets excited about.

Princess Charlotte reportedly likes a surprising aspect of school

According to Thomas's Battersea School website, the institution offers a varied curriculum in such diverse subjects as art, drama, music, dance, karate, debate, and gardening. A source spoke with Us Weekly on how Princess Charlotte's favorite lessons, saying, " [She] loves acrobats and is very into the arts and acting. Whenever she gets a chance, she'll put on a performance!" The insider added, "Charlotte is sharp and bright as a button. She is top of her class at reading. She actually enjoys doing homework."

While most kids don't like homework, it seems that Princess Charlotte is quite the budding academic. In addition to that surprising tidbit, Prince William and Kate Middleton's children are reportedly known for being nice and fair to their classmates.

Outside of school, the princess can be found dancing as well as following in her grandmother's footsteps; all three of Prince William and Kate Middleton's children like to ride horses, just like Queen Elizabeth, as reported by The Times.
