ZZAPP! is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit community-supported resource. "One For Ten" grant program provides totally free full-access Internet accounts to qualifying Washington DC-area applicants. Optional "Easy Internet" setup CD-ROM with latest client software.

Fees

$12.95 per month, flat-rate, payable in four-month
increments, in advance, by credit-card only. This one fee
includes local Metro Washington DC area dialup, 10 Megs of web server storage, four e-mail boxes, unmetered PPP net access, uncensored Newsgroups, and a generous no-hassle refund policy. Optional "ZZAPP! Plus" upgrade adds more than 2000 nationwide and selected international local dial-up locations at only $5.00 more per month.
