Why The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers Have Fans Split On Ridge And Taylor's Aspen Getaway

Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and Ridge Forrester's (Thorsten Kaye) relationship timeline is one that "The Bold and the Beautiful" fans have been talking about for years. That's because the two exes have never really fully cut the cord on their relationship together. Adding Ridge's on-again, off-again wife Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) into the equation has made things even more complicated.

Viewers recently weighed in on Ridge and Taylor's controversial kiss, with a lot of fans agreeing that the handsome Forrester son did his estranged wife Brooke wrong when he locked lips with his ex-wife. If all of that weren't enough, Ridge and Taylor's daughter Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) has also been campaigning hard for her parents to get back together again, for better or for worse, per Soaps.com

That said, it seems like Ridge and Taylor's latest move has also raised eyebrows among fans, and a lot of viewers believe that the ex-couple might have gone one step too far this time around.

Ridge might have made his final decision in Aspen

Recent episodes of "The Bold and the Beautiful" suggest that Ridge Forrester might have done more than just follow his heart to Aspen. According to Soap Opera Spy, Ridge decided to follow Steffy Forrester and her mother, Taylor Hayes, to the resort town after he heard that they were looking at one of Bill Spencer's (Don Diamont) properties — and it doesn't seem like real estate is on the forefront of Taylor's mind.

A teaser trailer on Twitter suggests that Taylor can't shake off the feelings that she has for her ex-husband. If this all sounds familiar, it's because it most certainly is. Yet, one of the reasons why Ridge might be turning his back on Brooke this time around is because he believes she supposedly called CPS to check on his grandson Douglas Forrester's well-being, as detailed by Soaps.com.

While it might seem like Ridge and Taylor are truly about to give their love yet another try, some "The Bold and the Beautiful" fans aren't feeling it. Many commented on Twitter with, "They bring Taylor back to create temporary conflict between Brooke and Ridge. It diminishes the character of Taylor to have her still in love with a man who always makes her his second choice. Taylor deserves better." Another fan simply said, "Ridge wants both women. If he is with Taylor he can't stop wanting to be with Brooke."
