Sean Hannity's Lavish Life Is Getting A Massive Upgrade Before Ainsley Earhardt Marriage

"Fox & Friends" host Ainsley Earhardt may already have a stunning net worth, but she's set to accrue even more wealth — or at least marry into it. That's because her fiancé, Sean Hannity, loves property almost as much as his favorite president, and began rolling out the blueprints on October 3, 2025, for an extravagantly expensive oceanside property in Palm Beach, Florida. The Fox News star has commenced plans to amalgamate two seaside townhouses worth a combined $20.5 million. The project is the next step in Hannity's real estate empire, and will seriously upgrade Earhardt's already lavish lifestyle.

Both properties sit in a long row of retro buildings within a private community known as Sloan's Curve. Hannity purchased his first home in the neighborhood in 2021 for $5.6 million, then snagged the second property for a whopping $14.9 million in 2024. Then, in September 2025, the Palm Beach Architectural Commission approved the merging of the patio spaces attached to the homes.

On top of that, Hannity already owns an ultra luxurious mansion in Florida. He purchased a palatial beachfront property in Manalapan, Florida, for $23.5 million in December 2024. The sprawling 12,378-square-foot home boasts eight bedrooms, more than 10 bathrooms, a stunning terracotta roof, and a pool overlooking the ocean.

Sean Hannity ditched New York for Florida

On the heels of his Manalapan estate purchase, Sean Hannity announced that he became a resident of Florida, marking the official goodbye to his native New York. In June 2024, Hannity sold his Oyster Bay, Long Island, abode for $12.7 million. He announced on his iHeartRadio show months prior that he would be permanently moving to "the free state of Florida" (via The Guardian). While interviewing former New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio on Fox News in August 2025, Hannity revealed, "You know why I left New York? High taxes, quality of life, crime. I had a hard time going to a restaurant in New York because people would stare at me and hated me, and they had daggers in their eyes."

His big move down south left an even bigger question mark in his life with fellow Fox reporter Ainsley Earhardt, who lives in Manhattan. Since Hannity's fairly unconventional proposal to Earhardt — surprising her at Christmastime in a church at night — Fox viewers have been wondering what the future holds for the betrothed journalists. Well, Earhardt confirmed that there will be even more unconventional days for the couple ahead. Their agreed situation means that Earhardt and her daughter fly to Florida on the weekends and live in Manhattan for the rest of the week. "It's not conventional. We live on opposite ends of the East Coast," she told the Daily Mail, adding, "but when you love someone, you make it work." Well, they can certainly afford it.
