Just a few days after hosting the People's Choice Awards, Demi Lovato has undergone a complete makeover. The singer went from sporting long, dark locks at the awards, to going nearly bleach blonde and super short. But the color change and chop is not the most shocking aspect of the star's new look, which she shared several photos of on Instagram. Would you believe Lovato shaved half of her head (via E! Online)? But even more shocking is that she looks completely amazing!
Over on Twitter, Lovato shared another shot of her partially-shaved head from the back, captioning the pic, "I did a thing..." While some followers wondered why the star felt the need to change her appearance so drastically, the majority of the feedback is that Lovato can do no wrong, and that both fans and fellow celebrities are loving the reinvention of the "Confident" singer.

Comments flooded into the singer's social media accounts from A-listers and fans alike. Notably, fellow head-shaven star Ruby Rose was quick to share her approval of Lovato's hot new look, writing, "Yes boo yes" in response to the singer's Instagram post. Kerry Washington simply wrote, "Gorge." Scooter Braun, who has been in the news due to his recent sale of Taylor Swift's catalog of music, commented with heart emojis. Other star fans of Lovato's shorter 'do include Gabrielle Union, model Ashley Graham, former Bachelor Nick Viall, and even Jersey Shore star Snooki! Meanwhile, another short hair lover, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna, commented, "SHORT HAIR DON'T CARE."
Lovato's fans are equally in love with her stunning look, with one commenting, "I'm so annoyed that you can make literally anything look good."
