The Golden Secrets uses only natural, organic, and sustainably-sourced ingredients and makes its products in a 100% solar-powered factory. The company has even partnered with Farmers Footprint, which promotes regenerative agriculture, and Tree-Nation, which plants a tree with every order.
The Outset
Co-created by actress Scarlett Johansson, The Outset’s products are all vegan and fragrance-free. The beauty business is also carbon neutral from their factory to their offices to their shipping, and they have donated money to One Tree Planted, which helps with reforestation in Northern California.
Juice Beauty
Juice Beauty prioritizes using plant-based products, like natural juice, as the foundation and active ingredients in their skincare. The company sources many of its ingredients locally to cut down on transportation emissions and supports The Environmental Working Group, which works to cultivate a healthier planet.

REN may be known for its sensitive skin products, but the company also prioritizes being zero waste. Since 2021, all of their products are in sustainable packaging that can be recycled or reused. More than that, the company works with the Surfrider Foundation, which safeguards the world’s oceans and waterways.
Burt’s Bees
Although best known for its lip care, Burt's Bees also makes a range of beauty products. The company has been carbon neutral since 2015, and for over a decade, they have diverted trash operations from landfills. True to their name, Burt’s Bees works to cultivate biodiversity and support declining bee populations.
