Ciara Brady, daughter of the iconic soap opera couple Bo and Hope Brady, has become one of the most adored characters from "Days of Our Lives." Baby Ciara was played by twins Dakoda and Danica Hobbs in the early days of the role, but as she grew into an adult, "Days of Our Lives" viewers have witnessed a few casting changes.
In 2008, "Days of Our Lives" cast young actress Lauren Boles in the role as Ciara, and she was given her own captivating storylines, including one in which she was kidnapped. Boles continued to portray the role until 2015, when Ciara fell victim to SORAS, or "soap opera rapid aging syndrome," and was recast as a teenager.
In October 2015, the soap cast actress Vivan Jovanni to play a teenage Ciara, and viewers watched as the young adult navigated her difficult adolescent years. In May 2017, Jovanni announced her departure from the soap, citing that the choice to leave was mutual between herself and the production.
In 2017, the soap cast actress Victoria Konefal in the role, and the new Ciara immediately gained popularity, particularly when she began dating Ben Weston.
