Queen Elizabeth has reigned for a record-breaking number of years, and while it’s extremely unpleasant to think of her death, it’s important to plan for a future without her. Of course, the British Royal Family has plans for her death, and so does the award-winning series “The Crown.”
An insider spoke to the New York Post and explained that if the Queen were to die during production, the popular Netflix series would stop filming for at least a week out of respect. The source added, “There would also be lots of discussion about when to restart.”
Season 6 of “The Crown” is said to be the last one, and there has been no discussion of extending the series. However, there has been talk about a potential sequel series following the complicated relationship between Prince William and Prince Harry.
