How Many Godchildren Does Queen Elizabeth Have?

It’s not possible to have a fairy godmother in the real world, but quite a few people can claim the next best thing: their godmother is Queen Elizabeth II. According to Buckingham Palace, the Queen has received that honor at least 30 times — including members of England's upper crust and royal children of other countries.
Before her reign began, the Queen became a godparent to Guy Nevill, the son of a longstanding acquaintance of Elizabeth, Lady Nevill, whose husband also served in the office of the Treasurer for Prince Philip. Her most recent godchild is Theodora, Princess of Greece and Denmark, who was born in 1983.
Many of the Queen's godchildren have royal connections, with some being the children of Queen Elizabeth's ladies-in-waiting or childhood friends. Perhaps the strongest connection is Charles Spencer, the brother of Princess Diana, who has remained involved with the royal family since his sister's passing.
