HGTV's "Renovation Island" follows the Baeumlers, a family led by home renovation experts and proud Canadians Bryan and Sarah, as they take on the seemingly insurmountable task of turning a dilapidated island resort into a luxury vacation destination. However, the paycheck they receive for the TV show alone, made the gamble worth it.
Reality stars are typically paid by the production company, but Bryan and Sarah's remuneration is actually handled by Bryland Entertainment, of which he is the owner-operator. As a result, the couple is able to command a higher rate across the board — particularly given how many shows Bryan appeared on prior to "Renovation Island," which solidified his lucrative partnership with HGTV.
The Baumlers were paid roughly $50,000 per episode, meaning they earned about $650,000 for the first season alone. The couple’s net worth is estimated to be $20 million dollars, which can also be attributed to the fact that the Caerula Mar Club is doing very well now that COVID restrictions have been lifted.
