How To Do Your Hair So It Looks Like Marilyn Monroe's

Marilyn Monroe was known for her signature bouncy, glam curls as much as her beauty mark and red lipstick. Now you can recreate Monroe’s iconic coiffure using four easy steps; these steps work on all hair lengths, but results are best on shoulder-length hair.
You'll need hot rollers, mousse, a brush, comb, hairspray, and smoothing serum (if your hair is on the frizzier side). Start with clean, wet, tangle-free hair, to which you apply mousse and dry, creating volume by lifting your roots up with your fingers as you go; then start heating up your rollers and apply smoothing serum if needed.
The trick to placing hot rollers, once they're done heating up, is to use the largest rollers on the crown of your head and the smallest on the hair that frames your face. Start at the front of your hairline and work your way back, always rolling away from your face, and never go for a section of hair bigger than two inches.
Let the rollers cool completely (the time varies depending on the length and thickness of your hair), and remove them once they're done. Gently brush your hair, then backcomb flatter areas as needed for extra volume, and finish with hairspray. Now all you need is red lipstick and a killer white dress!
