Although Naomi Watts is currently dating Billy Crudup, her longest relationship was with Liev Schreiber. They first met at the 2005 Met Gala, where Schreiber was too shy to approach her, prompting her to ask, "Don't you want my digits?" as he walked away, sparking an 11-year romance.
After a romantic first date, the couple would figure out how to manage the relationship since Watts lived in Los Angeles and Schreiber in New York City. Within two years of her relocation to the east coast, the couple welcomed their two sons.
