However, Kylie wouldn't be herself if she didn't post her ID picture on Instagram and garner millions of likes and comments.
Fans couldn’t get over how stunning Kylie's photo is; one fan commented, “Why can't all my id photos look like this lol,” and another wrote, “Wish my [license] photo looked like that.” Another commenter humorously questioned, “Do they gotta shut down the whole DMV just so you can get that picture?”
