Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have finally returned to the UK for Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee. Though the couple couldn't join the royal family on the balcony for Trooping the Colour, as tradition dictates, we still saw Meghan watching the parade from the Major General’s office, and her ensemble was definitely eye-catching.
Markle chose a navy blue off-the-shoulder dress with a matching white-and-blue hat for the occasion. She may have even coordinated with her sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, who also wore a white-and-blue hat, but Markle has also shown her preference for blue in her solo appearances, including her amazing blue gown at the NAACP Awards.
On Twitter, fans gushed over Markle’s outfit; one fan said, “She is the sugar in the boring Royal oatmeal.” It’s speculated that Meghan and Harry will hide out in Frogmore Cottage to assure their protection is not compromised, but we may get another glimpse of Markle’s on-point outfit at a forthcoming church service and party.
