Following their move from Britain to the U.S., Prince Harry and Meghan Markle signed a multi-million dollar deal with Netflix and founded their own production company to deliver documentaries, films, shows, and more to the streaming service. Now, we have word that the couple is working on a very personal project with some very acclaimed personnel.
Reports indicate that Harry and Meghan's latest creative venture will be a docuseries about their new life in America, and cameras have already documented the couple’s life in their California home, plus their trip to New York City in 2021. The Sussexes have hired award-winning director Liz Garbus, who was spotted with the couple during their time in New York.
Liz Garbus is known for producing and directing documentaries such as “I’ll Be Gone in the Dark,” plus an episode of hit series “The Handmaid’s Tale.” The title and release date of Harry and Meghan's documentary is up in the air, but Netflix hopes the series will drop in conjunction with Harry’s upcoming memoir, which is expected to publish in late 2022.
