“Married… With Children” was a hit sitcom in the 80's and 90's about an ordinary man who was unhappy with his life, but found joy in raising two children and being married. The show ran for 11 seasons and had an amazing cast, including one memorable guest star who also starred in the iconic series “Friends.”
Matt LeBlanc found huge fame when he was cast as Joey Tribbiani on “Friends,” but he also played Vinnie Verducci in “Married…With Children.” He first appeared on the show as the on-again, off-again boyfriend of Christina Applegate’s Kelly Bundy, and the network even crated two spin-off series starring LeBlanc’s character.
One spin-off focused on Vinnie and his father, Charlie, who wanted his son to marry a rich woman, but the show flopped and was canceled. The other spin-off, “Vinnie and Bobby,” starred Vinnie and his best friend Bobby living together in Chicago, and was also canned — but neither of these hindered LeBlanc's career, to say the least.
