Prince Andrew has been accused of sexually assaulting Virginia Giuffre, and he's been forced to step back from official duties. Some, such as Prince William, would prefer him to stay away from the royal family for good, but Andrew's ex-wife Sarah Ferguson remains loyal to him — even though he called her a horrible name in public.
A source notes, “Sarah is fully behind Ander and is part of his team,” but in “The Palace Papers” by Tina Brown, Andrew is exposed for how he really treats Ferguson. The book alleges that Andrew ran into his ex and an American media executive at Royal Lodge, and Andrew asked the exec, “What are you doing with this fat cow?”
The executive was stunned by Andrew’s “sadism,” made even more puzzling because Ferguson and Andrew still live together, and when Ferguson has financial issues, Andrew comes to the rescue. When asked about Andrew’s legal troubles, Ferguson said, “He is such a kind, great man” — but she seems kinder and greater yet.
