Kiara Barnes is best known for playing Zoe Buckingham on “The Bold and the Beautiful,” who often has to compete for the affections of men with her sister, Paris. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like Zoe Buckingham will be returning to keep her man away from Paris.
Instead of returning to the soap opera, Barnes landed a role on the ABC primetime series “Fantasy Island.” The reboot is about guests traveling to a tropical haven, where a magical host ensures their wildest fantasies come true.
Barnes’ Ruby Akuda arrived on the island with a terminal disease, but when she got a new lease on life, she decided to stay, making her a regular character on the show. “Fantasy Island” seems to be a success, as it has been picked up for a second season, which doesn’t give Barnes time to be on “The Bold and the Beautiful.”
