What Does Queen Elizabeth Wear At Home?

Surprisingly, the regal and composed Queen Elizabeth’s home wear may be similar to what you wear around the house. According to royal expert Bethan Holt, the queen favors knitted jumpers (though she's never been photographed in one), and while she usually wears bright colors to stand out in crowds, she still enjoys them in private.
During the rare occasion of the queen sitting through a Zoom call, she sticks by her colorful style and matches it with pearls, making her possibly the only person who still dresses up for online meetings. There's no way to know if she was wearing pajama pants out of the frame of her webcam, though.
As for the rest of Queen Elizabeth's closet, the royal budget for clothing is a whopping $2 million each year, but the rumor that the queen has over 200 handbags is apparently an exaggeration. Bethan Holt tells Express UK that “she probably has only about two or three styles in a few neutral colours.”
The Queen is also very particular about her shoes; she has someone else break her shoes in for her, since she doesn't want blisters, and because she is a size 4, her shoes are custom made. Another royal, Kate Middleton, doesn't wear fancy clothes at home either, choosing to wear gym clothes or a dress and sneakers.
