On Your Arm
A mole on your arm can mean a couple of different things, like, you have to work super hard in everything you do and still might not get recognition for it, or you’re just a cautious person. However, if you’re a woman, there's a small chance it could be melanoma and it might be smart to get it checked out by a professional.
On Your Back
A mole on your back can either mean that you have no good fortune, get betrayed a lot, don't really want to work hard, or will face a lot of obstacles and setbacks. A mole on your back may actually be seborrheic keratosis, which WebMD describes as "brown or black growths usually found on the chest and back [that] do not normally lead to skin cancer."
On Your Chest
A mole on your chest or breast can mean that you are ambitious, generous, or have wonderful children. It's important to see a doctor "if a mole looks unusual, grows or changes," advises the Mayo Clinic, even though these moles are often pretty common and of minimal concern.
On Your Neck
A mole on your neck may be an indication that you are stressed and need to relax more. These moles can either be atypical — which are more common in people with lighter skin tones and tend to be larger and more unsightly — or cancerous and so, it is best to get it checked by a professional if a new mole suddenly appears.
On Your Forehead
A forehead mole can mean different things like prosperity, wisdom, or that you are "an active, enterprising person" according to the book, Dreaming The Future: The Fantastic Story Of Prediction. It is a normal location for seborrheic keratoses to develop, but it would not hurt to see a dermatologist if you have one.
