Donald Trump Jr. and his ex-wife Vanessa welcomed their fourth child, Spencer Frederick Trump, in October 2012. When asked about the inspiration behind the name, Trump Jr. responded, “Spencer because we liked it, Fred after my grandfather"; little Spencer was getting ready to start kindergarten in 2018.
Kai Madison
Donald Trump’s granddaughter, Kai Madison Trump, enjoyed a few perks during her grandfather's presidency, such as riding in the presidential helicopter and sitting in the Oval Office chair. Kai is one of the five children of Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Trump, and she's one year younger than Donald's son Barron.
Tristan Milos
Donald Trump Jr. announced the birth of his son Tristan Milos Trump on October 3, 2011. The happy father tweeted out, "Tristan M Trump 8lb 4oz born 2:59 am Sun oct 2. Mom and baby doing great! He can't wait 2 meet his big brother & sister." Donald Trump Sr. was there to welcome Tristan soon after his birth.

Donald Trump III was born in 2009, four years after his father (Donald Trump Jr.) and mother (Vanessa Trump) got married. While there isn't a lot of info available on him, the little boy’s name has popped up in the news from time to time, including when Secret Service agents took unauthorized selfies with him.
Chloe Sophia
Chloe Sophia Trump joined Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa's family in 2014; she is the fifth and youngest child of the former couple. In 2019, Vanessa shared a collage of photos of Chloe to celebrate her fifth birthday, writing, "Happy 5th birthday to my princess Chloe Sophia! We all love you!"
