When Donald Trump was asked about his youngest son, Barron, on the "Moms for America" Podcast, he responded, "He's a tall guy, very tall. 6'8". He's a great young man."
Trump went on to say, “Very good student. I think he's doing a good job, Barron. I think he's doing a very good job." Social media commentators reacted just as you might expect.
Many suggested he sounded more like he was describing a former employee. "I'd say that means he has no relationship with his son except as a tax [write] off," wrote one user.
Another post cast further doubt on the paternal bond: "I have never seen him engaged in any activity with Barron whatsoever other than walking into a dinner with him and Melania."
The height difference between Donald and Barron is rumored to be a source of tension between them, as the former president doesn't want to be seen with his son towering over him.
Barron's actual height and his father's remain a mystery. While Donald claims that Barron is 6 feet 8 inches tall, his official height has not been disclosed.
