If you're feeling overwhelmed by all of this, a perfect first date activity is to go on a walk; it’s great for your health, it's totally free, and it's a nice, no-pressure way to connect with your date.
Walking makes you feel more comfortable if you're nervous, since you’re more focused on the motion of walking rather than staring at your date's face the whole time. You can also decide how much talking or silence you want while you’re walking, since you and your date are engaged in physical activity, not sitting still.
A walking date is also very romantic, since it gives you the opportunity to have a meaningful, deep conversation where you don’t have to worry about other people listening in, like in a restaurant or bar.
