Sharp continued to pursue her love for the arts into college, attending Boston Conservatory on scholarship. As soon as Sharp graduated, she wasted no time before building her career.

Fresh out of college, she began touring in the Broadway show "Carousel." Following this performance, Sharp continued to work in live theater, singing, dancing, and acting in several plays on and Off-Broadway. After years of performing on stage, Sharp began to take parts in film and television shows. Since doing so, Sharp has been cast in various noteworthy roles and nominated for several awards, including an Image Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture for her role in 2017's "Marshall."
