Model Heidi Klum is married to a guitarist

The German supermodel Heidi Klum is married to Tom Kaulitz, who is part of the band Tokio Hotel. Kaulitz is German as well, so the two of them have that in common. Klum gushed to People, "He is the kindest, sweetest, most caring, loving person. I feel so lucky. I don't know the last time I was this happy in my life. He is absolutely wonderful." She noted, "Maybe it is because he is German and we understand each other in a different way. But so far so good."

Kaulitz proposed to Klum with a custom ring that he designed, according to People. He even got her kids involved. On Christmas Eve in 2018, they helped Kaulitz make Klum breakfast in bed before he popped the question. Sounds perfect!

Their August 2019 wedding was in picturesque Italy on a yacht. Klum told People about what a good time she had, saying, "We were in Italy for three weeks. I'm still wearing baggier clothes now because I just ate too much and had too much fun!"

Model Miranda Kerr is married to one of the founders of Snapchat

Miranda Kerr immediately thought her husband, Evan Spiegel, was cute when they first met, and can you blame her? However, she also noticed his need for some moisturizer. She told NewBeauty, "I thought, 'Oh, this guy is cute.' But, 'Wow, his skin is flaky!'" So, the model gave him some moisturizer from her skincare line to try.

The good-looking pair met at a dinner for Kerr's work, according to Kerr's February 2018 interview with Jimmy Kimmel. She could tell from that first night that Spiegel was a hard worker because he had to leave early. She told Kimmel, "He takes his work very seriously." That work ethic gave us the greatness that is Snapchat, as Spiegel is one of the founders of the app.

Despite their fame, the couple likes privacy, according to Kerr. They married in 2017, and, at the time of this writing, they have three children living at home, one of whom is Kerr's son with actor Orlando Bloom. Don't expect to see the kids on Kerr's public snapchat, though she told Kimmel that she likes to use the app to send private messages to family.

Ashley Graham's husband directs movies

Ashley Graham met her husband, Justin Ervin, at church. She was greeting people on the elevator when he and a friend walked up. She described it in an essay published in Glamour, saying, "This guy wasn't my type ... But there was something sweet about Justin, and I was at church, so I had to be polite. He rode up and down with me a few times, and he seemed to be looking into my soul when we talked." She added, "He was smart and funny and had traveled the world. So I agreed to go out for coffee." Their meeting sounds straight out of a movie!

In their relationship, Graham was surprised by Ervin's openness and willingness to communicate. In her Glamour essay, Graham, who married Ervin in 2010, noted, "I envisioned a marriage that was more than just two people loving each other. And now we have that marriage: a partnership dedicated to building something bigger than ourselves." Wow — #couplegoals!

The two of them have since worked on big projects. Ervin is a director and cinematographer, while model Graham launched her own podcast called Pretty Big Deal. They welcomed their first child together in January 2020.

Emily Ratajkowski and her husband had a secret wedding

Emily Ratajkowski told fellow model Ashley Graham in an interview for Pretty Big Deal that she met her husband, Sebastian Bear-McClard, "through friends in L.A. at, like, a pool party." Graham brought up how quick Ratajkowski's 2018 courthouse wedding was, and she agreed. Ratajkowski said, "What was so nice about city hall was just, like, it was for us. It was with our close friends. ... it was a real, private moment for us." She told Graham that she tried to hide her wedding by wearing a hat and hoping that no one recognized her. However, she found out later that day that her plan hadn't worked when her publicist called and asked if she had gotten married. Oops!

Speaking with Byrdie, Ratajkowski said her husband works in the evenings, but she's not upset about that, saying, "I'm like, you go do your thing. I'm gonna be here taking care of myself, and then tomorrow I will be a better wife because I'll feel rested, you know?"

Model Kate Upton helped her husband through a dark time

Kate Upton is married to Justin Verlander, a pitcher for the Houston Astros. The model met him while working on a commercial in 2012, according to Bleacher Report. She described her relationship with him, saying, "It felt...like finding a friend. A real friend."

However, not everything has been straight out of a rom-com for the couple. Verlander has suffered multiple injuries in his career and subsequent depression. Luckily, Upton was there to lift him up. She visited and cared for him while he recovered from surgery, which impressed Verlander's parents. Verlander told Bleacher Report how much those visits meant to him, telling the publication, "She was instrumental in me not ... like, jumping off a bridge."

The world found out about their engagement at the 2016 Met Gala, as reported by E! News, when Upton wore her envy-inducing engagement ring. The two later married in 2017 in Italy (via E! News).

Karlie Kloss' husband has a link to the White House

Model Karlie Kloss is married to venture capitalist Josh Kushner. Josh Kushner's brother, Jared, is married to President Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka Trump and has worked as a senior advisor to the president. That connection to the White House has been challenging for Kloss, but it hasn't hurt her marriage. She told Vogue, "It's been hard, but I choose to focus on the values that I share with my husband, and those are the same liberal values that I was raised with and that have guided me throughout my life."

The good-looking pair started dating in 2012 and got engaged in 2016. Josh Kushner proposed during a weekend getaway in New York City, according to People. Yes a million times over." Swoon!

In October 2018, the couple had an intimate Jewish wedding, People reported. They then followed it with a larger celebration in June 2019. This bigger wedding took place over a weekend and was Western-themed, Harper's Bazaar reported. Kloss looked trendy (of course!) in a lace off-the-shoulder dress.

"It was love at first sight," model Behati Prinsloo told Net-a-Porter in an interview about her relationship with Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine. She explained how a friend introduced them, saying, "Adam was looking for a girl for a music video that could do some action stuff, and our friend was like, 'You should meet Behati because she's a total tomboy and down for anything,' so he emailed me asking if I could do it." She didn't do the music video, but the two connected and began dating in 2012, according to Bustle.

Despite their immediate connection, the couple took a break in 2013. Prinsloo said in her Net-a-Porter interview, "We broke up for two months, realized that it was the worst decision, then got back together, got engaged and got married. It was a wild ride!" Speaking of wild, Prinsloo starred in the music video for "Animals" with Levine after they got married. So, the pair finally did work on a video together.

Bündchen told Vanity Fair, "I feel grateful because I have a lot of love in my life. I found the person I'm sharing my life with. I have a good man."

So sweet!

Model Marisa Miller met her husband on a plane

Marisa Miller noticed her husband, Griffin Guess, on a plane ride, as the model once told Cosmopolitan. Guess, a talent manager and music producer, had a mohawk that Miller couldn't resist. She revealed, "I've always had this thing for mohawks."

Miller and Guess married in April 2006, according to Us Weekly. Hannah Jeter didn't know who her husband was when they first met

Hannah Jeter was having dinner with her mom in New York City when a mutual friend introduced her to Derek Jeter. It turns out that Hannah needed that introduction, because she had no idea who he was when she saw him for the first time. Crazy, right?

In 2017, she wrote an article about her relationship with Derek for The Player's Tribune, which outlined that first meeting. She penned, "I didn't have any preconceptions about who he was, and I didn't need much more to go on than this: I had met the nicest guy, and I wanted to get to know him on my own terms."

They later married in 2016, and they now have two daughters, as reported by People. The pair was meant to be. She continued in her article for The Player's Tribune, "Right from the start, I could tell that the timing of Derek's life and mine were aligned."

Model Hailey Bieber was friends with her husband before they started dating

One of the most popular married couples in the spotlight is model Hailey Bieber, formerly known as Hailey Baldwin, and pop star Justin Bieber.

According to Vogue, the two were friends for ten years before getting together. Hailey's uncle, actor Alec Baldwin, got her tickets to see the singer on the Today show. In 2016, the two dated for a short time, but things didn't end well. "There was a period where if I walked into a room, he would walk out," Hailey admitted. They lost touch until they met at a conference "hosted by Rich Wilkerson Jr., the pastor of Vous Church."

Despite their long friendship, their second chance at a romantic relationship was quick. They were together for just 12 weeks before they had a courthouse wedding in 2018. The couple later had a bigger wedding with family and friends.

In their Vogue interview, Hailey described herself as more of a thinker in the relationship, and Justin said he's the one that is controlled more by his emotions. Those differences have caused some challenges for the couple, but they're determined to make it work. Hailey said, "It's a choice. You don't feel it every single day ... But there's something beautiful about it anyway — about wanting to fight for something, commit to building with someone."
