Are 90 Day Fiance's Nicole And Azan Still Together?

Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou haven't had the smoothest road to romance. After meeting on a dating app, Nicole traveled all the way to Morocco to meet her man, with the two appearing on TLC's hit show 90 Day Fiancé twice, alongside its spin-off, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? They're not appearing in the latest iteration, making fans even more eager to find out what's going on with the couple.

Nicole recently visited Azan in Morocco again, making it seem like everything was good between them, but certain viewers still aren't sure if this is the real deal or not, especially after Nicole seemed to suggest she was broke.

90 Day Fiance fans are worried Nicole is being played

There have been several suggestions that Azan is just using the Florida resident for her money, particularly following a Soap Dirt report about a since-deleted Instagram Story in which Nicole actually asked for money by sharing the name of her Venmo account. "I'm gunna post this for absolutely no reason," it read, suggesting she was broke — fans gleaned that she was doing this because she'd given all her money to Azan. Likewise, another report by Soap Dirt suggested Azan's family were in on the alleged plot, after someone purporting to be his aunt's friend claimed he was using Nicole.

Furthermore, In Touch reported about some Instagram Stories shared by Nicole in which she clarifies about not giving Azan money "anymore" and claims she was only sending funds to him "sometimes" anyway. Likewise, one post last year of his is riddled with comments from fans urging Azan to "stop being a user and give Nicole her money back," and  "If you love Nicole you wouldn't take her money. You would be the man and send her money to help raise her daughter."

Nicole and Azan are spending plenty of time together

However, not only did Nicole go through with the trip, but the worldwide coronavirus pandemic has meant she's been stuck in Morocco ever since. Although it seems like the timing would be perfect for them to make it official, an insider close to the couple told In Touch magazine that they won't be rushing into marriage any time soon.

"Her family isn't aware of there being any kind of wedding planning at the moment. ...Nicole would want her close family there and [her daughter] May for sure, so her family thinks she wouldn't go and get married behind their backs," the insider revealed. For now, the 90 Day Fiancé couple are just enjoying the time they have together.
