How Many Are You The One Couples Are Actually Still Together?

The MTV series Are You The One features 8 seasons of matchmaking for people who "suck at dating" but want to find love. "If your perfect match was standing right in front of you, would you even know it? On this reality dating show, young singles head to paradise to find their perfect matches and for a chance to split the $1 million prize," is how the show is described on MTV.com.

The seasons have featured between eight and eleven couples. In theory, there should be a lot of people who left the show and continued to have a long term relationship. However, out of eight seasons, only four couples remain together.

Cali and Tomas

Cali Trepp's perfect match was Andrew Couture, while Tomas Buenos' perfect match was Asia Woodley. Despite not being each other's perfect match, Cali and Tomas had a strong connection on the show and have continued to foster that relationship that began during season 7. According to both of their Instagram accounts, they live together in Florida.

In July 2019, they celebrated their one year anniversary. "A year ago today, we made it official. I'll never understand how I was blessed with someone so genuine and I only hope that I can spend the rest of my life giving you the same support and love you deserve," Cali wrote on Instagram. "Happy 1 year." Although they aren't engaged, Tomas frequently adds in "can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you" in Instagram captions of them together. They truly are madly in love with one another.

Uche and Clinton

Clinton Moxam and Uche Nwosu were the power couple of season 6 despite not being a perfect match. Clinton's match was Geles Rodriguez and Uche's was Joe Torgerson, but neither couple sparked an intimate connection by the finale. The personal trainer and Wilhelmina model are still together (via E! News). The couple even have a YouTube channel together.

The couple also frequently post about each other on social media. "Hate to be gross but I really feel so lucky to spend the rest of my life with my best friend," Uche captioned one of their photos together. Clinton's birthday message to Uche in November 2019 was super sweet. He wrote, "She lights up rooms, puts a smile on everyone's face, makes sure my take out orders are correct, and even somehow finds the capacity to put up with me. Love seeing you grow and flourish Uchie Baby its an honor being your guy!!"

Jenni and Curtis

Curtis Hadzicki and Jenni Knapmiller from season 2 in 2014 are still going strong even though they weren't a perfect match either. Curtis left the house with Shelby Yardley after they were a confirmed match in the truth booth and Jenni ended up leaving the house with John Moustis after they were a confirmed match. Curtis and Jenni, however, ended up dating after the show (via E! News).

The couple often shares photoshoots of their many travel adventures. In February 2020, Jenni posted a photo of them together for Curtis' birthday. She captioned the picture, "I'm so proud to have you by my side. Thank you for being the most genuine, supportive, and loving soul I've ever met. I love you more than I can even comprehend. I have a feeling this next chapter is going to top the charts. I can't wait to see it all unfold. You deserve it all. Love you mucho boyfriend!"

Amber and Ethan

Amber Lee and Ethan Diamond are the longest-lasting couple from AYTO. The perfect match met during season 1 which premiered in 2014, and during the reunion special, they got engaged (via MTV). That same year they got married in a private ceremony (via MTV). The couple has since welcomed two daughters together (via MTV).

Amber wrote a lengthy tribute to Ethan for Valentine's Day in 2020. "Since I met you in 2013, every single year has been an INSANE adventure. Not even sure how we even keep up with our own lives. I guess that's what happens when you find a true life partner and challenge each other – you build an empire," she wrote on Instagram. "You are a true king and our girls will be queens because of you."
