The Truth About 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way Strikes Back!
The just-launched Discovery+ streaming service gives you a lot for your buck (or, rather, your monthly $4.99): all the best content from the TLC, HGTV, Animal Planet, and other Discovery-branded channels. And if you can't get enough of international couples experiencing pre-wedding drama, this service is a must-have. In addition to episodes of the ever-popular 90 Day Fiancé, Discovery+ has launched four — that's right, four — spinoff shows that take viewers deeper into the original show and its follow-up, 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way.
All the new shows feature couples that fans have come to know and love (and occasionally scream at through the TV), and each has a unique storytelling angle. For example, 90 Day Bares All features "raw and unfiltered" new information and confessions from pairs such as Brandon and Julia and Hazel and Tarik, while 90 Day Journey takes viewers through the entire uninterrupted saga of individual couples, per Screen Rant. Then there's The Other Way Strikes Back!, in which couples from The Other Way's second season watch and comment on their own episodes, as well as addressing some of the comments made about them on social media.
The Other Way Strikes Back! couples surprise even themselves
In a preview clip obtained by HollywoodLife, we see such fan favorites as Brittany and Yazan, Kenneth and Armando, and Jenny and Sumit. As Brittany prepares to watch her segments, she announces, "I'm going to sip this tea while I watch the tea and give y'all the tea, honey!" Sumit and Jenny settle in with a bowl of popcorn, while Melyza touches up her lipstick. "If you're gonna watch people talk s**t about you, you better look good!" she says.
The cast members' reactions are priceless. Kenneth responds to a viewer's question about his skincare routine by quipping, "Every morning, I put on moisturizer, and then I bathe in the blood of 12 virgins!" Sumit admits that the cow they brought into their home for luck does...um...its business frequently, "but we consider it as a blessing!" Judging by Jenny's face, she's not quite as convinced. Brittany admits that she forgot that she was still legally married when she became engaged to Yazan, while he expresses gratitude that his conservative parents didn't see the show.
