Divergent star, Shailene Woodley is reportedly dating Green Bay Packers quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, E! News reports. After rumors of romance between the pair surfaced months ago, a source recently confirmed that the actress and the football star are in fact an item.
Keeping things "private and low key," the two are working on a long-distance relationship, since his work revolves around his team in Green Bay, and she's been working on a new film in Montreal, Canada. "They have seen each other and been in touch," the source shared with the outlet. "They continue to talk and see each other when they can. They are both focused on their careers but they also make time for each other."
The characteristically tight-lipped Rodgers had hinted at a budding romance in the past, but played coy when it came to who the mystery woman was. Last fall, the quarterback legend said on the Pat McAfee Show, "I've made decisions and changes and habits that put me in a lot better headspace and there's just a lot of things that have come together in my life over the last few months that have really been enjoyable." He also said that he had a "new and increased love life."

The Packers' quarterback has had a few other girlfriends who have shared the limelight with him. People noted that Rodgers dated racing superstar Danica Patrick for two years before going their separate ways last July. During quarantine, Patrick gushed about her former beau on Instagram live, saying, "If you like a partner who is extremely attractive, super-intelligent, very thoughtful, patient (lord knows I can be stubborn), loves to travel, is open-minded, is into growing in this life, and can ball. Ya, it's pretty amazing."
Prior to his relationship with Patrick, Rodgers dated actress Olivia Munn for three years. As for his new flame, Woodley previously went out with rugby player, Ben Volavola; the two met while she was filming Adrift on the island of Fiji. However, their split came as a result of cold feet on Woodley's part. The actress told Bustle at the time that, "I realized I was still at an age where I wasn't able to fully commit. I couldn't be available to him in the way that I wanted to be. I didn't fully love myself."
While there is an eight-year age difference between the Woodley and Rodgers, it appears that things are going smoothly for the new couple as they get to know each other. Maybe next season fans will get to see Woodley gracing the stands at Lambeau field.
