What Rachel Frederickson From The Biggest Loser Looks Like Now

The Biggest Loser is one of the most memorable competition shows in television history, and every week, millions of viewers would tune in to cheer on contestants looking to lose weight, get fit and healthy, and take control of their lives. The long-running show was on air from 2004-16, and then moved to USA Network in 2020 after a four-year hiatus. There have been a plethora of memorable contestants during the 18 seasons of the competition series, including the TBL winners of each season.

Rachel Frederickson, who won season 15 of The Biggest Loser after going from 260 pounds to a jaw-dropping 105 pounds, is perhaps the most memorable winner of all. Unfortunately, though, it's because viewers (and judging by Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper's reactions, the trainers, too) thought she went too far with her weight loss, as she lost 60% of her body weight and dropped below a "healthy" BMI (via TIME). However, since it's been over seven years since Frederickson appeared on the show, fans of The Biggest Loser are curious as to what the season 15 winner has been up to since her season ended, and what she looks like now.

After her season aired, Frederickson revealed that she had gained 20 pounds

Like many previous contestants and winners, Rachel Frederickson admitted that she put on some weight after the show wrapped — but in her case, she says, it was a good thing. While speaking with Us Weekly in 2014, Frederickson revealed that she had gained back 20 pounds, and was happy with the way she looked. "I've gone up about 20 pounds," she revealed at the time. "I think I'm at my perfect weight!"

And while Frederickson does have Instagram and Twitter accounts, she hasn't been active on them for several years, which makes it seem like she's living a life outside of the spotlight, and it's a little tough to see exactly what she looks like now. However, her Instagram account features pictures of her (and her adorable pup!) up until 2016, and it looks like she remained active after her season, regularly competing in marathons and keeping up with a more relaxed fitness routine.

Per her LinkedIn account, Rachel Frederickson is currently living in Arden Hills, Minnesota, a small city outside of Minneapolis, where she serves as a milk supply business analyst for Land O' Lakes. Prior to that, she was the founder and CEO of Pen's Prints, a T-shirt company that donates 20 percent of their proceeds to animals in need.
