Where Are Princess Eugenie's Ex-Boyfriends Today?
Princess Eugenie is living her happily ever after, royally. The Princess of York became a mom for the first time in 2021 when she welcomed her son August Philip Hawke Brooksbank (per Harper's Bazaar). It's the first child for both Eugenie and husband Jack Brooksbank. The two tied the knot in October 2018 at St. George's Chapel in Windsor (per Town & Country).
Many people are unaware the Jack is, for all intents and purposes, Eugenie's first love. The two first met back in 2010 while Eugenie was on a ski trip at Verbier, a Swedish ski resort. "We met when I was 20 and Jack was 24 and fell in love," she told BBC. "We have the same passions and drive for life."
Jack made his debut as Eugenie's boyfriend publicly in 2011. According to The Daily Mail, he joined her in attending Royal Ascot, which Kate Middleton also attended for the first time that year.
Before Jack, Eugenie had a fling with a bad boy
Like many a young royal, Princess Eugenie definitely had some wild times in her teen years. In fact, when she was 18 and taking a gap year from college, she found a guy who caught her eye. The Daily Mail spotted the princess locking lips with Made in Chelsea star Hugo Taylor, a guy three years her senior at the time.
A source revealed, "They were kissing very openly and very passionately and not making a secret of it." The insider added, "It's early days but there is definitely something going between Hugo and Eugenie. Hugo's friends have been rather surprised because he always goes for stunning leggy blondes. Eugenie isn't his type at all to be honest and he's keen to play things down. It's not necessarily an exclusive relationship but they both like each other."
Like most summer flings, the relationship wasn't built to last. The two weren't seen out together beyond that summer and two years later, Eugenie met Jack Brookshank.
