Now this may be one of the first times her fans have heard her sing, but she's been utilizing her singing skills for a long time. She has covers posted all over YouTube of her singing and playing her adorable ukulele (via YouTube). From school to acting jobs, she sings to help her remember things. Mckenna has wanted to be an actress since she was four years old

Grace knew she wanted to be an actress incredibly young. At age four, she started begging her mom to make her an actress. Apparently, she went to her first audition while spending a vacation with her family in Los Angeles. Soon after, she got her first job in a YMCA commercial. Then she debuted at only six years old and starred in the Disney XD television series "Crash & Bernstein" and made her film debut in the short film, "R" (via Celebrity XYZ). Since then, she's had over 50 acting credits on IMDb, with her most popular roles being Mary in "Gifted," Young Tonya in "I, Tonya," and Young Theo in "The Haunting of Hill House" (via IMDb). In an interview with The Washington Post she says her hardest role to date, and her favorite, has been Mary in "Gifted." At only 15, who knows what else this superstar will do?

She is a huge animal lover

She is a huge animal lover, probably one of the biggest you'll ever see. Not only has she worked with PETA and Farm Sanctuary, but she became a vegetarian at the age of seven. Plus, she loves to be with animals whenever she can. Currently, she has two dogs: A Morkie named Marshmallow and a Pomeranian named Baby Unicorn (via The Washington Independent). It's also reported that she collects bugs as well (via Celebrity XYZ)!

Despite loving animals to death, she is reportedly allergic to cats. However, that doesn't stop her from loving them as much as she can! Most recently, her and her best friend, actor August Maturo, took a trip to an animal sanctuary to promote adopting pets, and not shopping (via PETA).

Her favorite musician is John Lennon

Her most favorite novels include the "Harry Potter" series, "Tuck Everlasting," "Where The Red Fern Grows," and "The Hunger Games" series, according to multiple Tweets.

As for movies, fans may be shocked to hear that she loves a good horror movie. Despite having one of the sweetest faces in Hollywood, the Texas native "loves scary movies." She wasn't allowed to watch 'The Handmaid's Tale' until she was cast in it

Mckenna's biggest role this year has been as 14-year-old wife, Esther Keyes, in the hit series, "The Handmaid's Tale." The fourth season of "The Handmaid's Tale" just came out recently, and everyone has been talking about it. One of the biggest talking points has been Grace's powerful, cigarette smoking survivor character. Right off the bat, her character and the lead, June, gain an almost mother-daughter like relationship, which makes audiences cry even more. There won't be any spoilers here, but let's just say it gets crazy.

Now the funny thing is that Grace wasn't allowed to watch the series until she was cast in it! In an interview with Elle, she told them the story, "I was never allowed to watch Handmaid's. I remember wanting to, because my parents really like it. After I got it, my mom's like, 'Well, I mean, okay.' Then we binge-watched all the seasons together." Along with that, she divulged in the same interview, she's had to write about the series multiple times for one of her courses, but never lets it slip that she's in it. "The professor doesn't know I'm in it. I tried not to expose myself," she said.
