On April 22, Falynn Guobadia, who is also on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," announced her split from her husband. And now, Williams is engaged to her co-star's ex, Simon Guobadia.

The latest season of "RHOA" wrapped up the day before news of the engagement came out on May 10. While Guobadia was on the reality series as a friend to Williams, Williams said on Instagram, "Falynn and I are not friends, and Simon's divorce has been settled." According to People, a settlement agreement has been reached, but it is not finalized yet.

LinkedIn shows that Guobadia, Williams' fiancé, graduated from the University of the District of Columbia with an accounting degree, worked at Deloitte as a tax manager, and started SIMCOL Group, described as "a holding company for several legal entities," 14 years ago. But how much is he worth?

According to Exact Net Worth, very. The site reports that Guobadia is quite a wealthy man, whose professional life has also included executive producing works such as "Jail Dogs" and "Son of the South." Additionally, he has owned restaurants like Time, Buckhead Bottle Bar, and Simon's Restaurant. 

All of this has helped lead to a total net worth of about $40 million for Guobadia, the man who proposed to reality star Porsha Williams with a large, emerald-cut diamond engagement ring that he showed off in an Instagram post. In the caption, he went on to say, "Did not expect to be blessed with a mate so soon. ... I asked her to marry me because we checked ALL of each other's boxes. ... So when I asked ... She said yes. That is ALL that mattered."
