The Truth About Paris Hilton's New Reality Show

It's been a hot minute since we have seen Paris Hilton on TV. Of course, she was the subject of a recent, buzzworthy documentary, "This Is Paris." In the doc, we learned the star survived childhood trauma, among other revelations about her seemingly perfect, privileged life. This was a very different side of Hilton, whose, dare we say ditzy personality is best known from appearing alongside Nicole Richie on "The Simple Life," which ran from 2003 to 2007 (via IMDb).

Now, the heiress is set to star in a new reality show, which will document her prenuptial planning as she prepares to wed Carter Reum (via Today). The pair got engaged in February, per People, with Hilton saying about her betrothal, "I'm excited for our next chapter."

Apparently the next chapter includes a 13-part reality series, which is called "Paris In Love," and will stream on the NBC-owned Peacock network. So, what will we see on this newly-announced show?

What fans will see on Paris In Love

We can assume no expense will be spared in the planning of Hilton's wedding to Reum, with the 40-year-old DJ being worth $300 million according to Celebrity Net Worth. Who wouldn't want to peek inside her wedding planning process given her mega-sized budget?

If you plan to tune in to "Paris In Love," you will see everything, "From bridal dress shopping and choosing the venue, to designing her dream destination wedding and participating in what certainly will be a fun and crazy bachelorette party" (via TV Line). The series also promises to show us a side of Hilton that her fans rarely get to see.

According to Today, the reality series will capture the actual wedding day as well. Not to be cynical, but here's hoping Hilton makes it to the altar this time, given the fact that this engagement to Reum marks the fourth time the star has said "yes" to a proposal (via Distractify).
