Christina Haack Is Sparking New Engagement Rumors. Here's Why
HGTV star Christina Haack is sparking engagement rumors thanks to a series of posts on Instagram. TMZ reported that the "Flip Or Flop" star uploaded and then reposted a photo of herself on a boat with her current boyfriend, real estate agent Joshua Hall, and his mother. There was one major difference between the two pictures, though.
In the first, she appears to be showing off a large bauble on her ring finger. The second photo, which is still live on Haack's Instagram, features the same people. However, the ring is noticeably missing from her hand, which is clutching a champagne flute. "Boat day with friends, my man and his pretty mama," the designer captioned the photo. Interestingly, the post appears to have comments locked. That means fans aren't able to weigh in on the new photo. Haack's team, meanwhile, declined to comment when TMZ asked about potential engagement news.
Haack and Hall were spotted together by Page Six in July, and an insider told the publication that they'd been together for a few months. The two went public a few weeks after Haack finalized her divorce from her second husband, Ant Anstead (via Us Weekly). Since then, Hall has frequently appeared on Haack's Instagram grid. "Ride or die," she captioned one photo of the pair (via Instagram).

The designer shared more about her relationship with Joshua Hall in the same July post. "Some people are lucky enough to get forever the first time but no one should be shamed for things not working out," Christina Haack wrote. "No one knows what goes on behind closed doors — remember that before making judgments and assumptions." She added that she considered herself "lucky enough to have this man choose me" (via Instagram).
The post came amidst rumors that she and her first ex-husband and "Flip or Flop" co-star Tarek El Moussa were feuding on set. Sources told TMZ that El Moussa allegedly called Haack a "washed-up loser" and compared her to his current fiancée and "Selling Sunset" star Heather Rae Young. Haack and El Moussa have been open about the reality of working together and co-parenting their two children after ending their relationship.
Interestingly, Haack found love with Hall shortly after telling E! that she was happy being single and was focusing on her children and HGTV projects. What changed? According to another Instagram post, they were instantly drawn to each other upon meeting. "So yes 'another relationship,'" she wrote in the lengthy caption. "And guess what. I'm 38 — I'll do what I want."
A potential third engagement is more proof that Christina Haack does what she wants on her own timeline.
