How Falynn Guobadia Really Feels About Porsha Williams Getting Engaged To Her Ex

The cast of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" is well known for bringing the drama on-screen. However, even the most dedicated "RHOA" fans were shocked to discover that longtime cast member Porsha Williams had gotten engaged to her co-star Falynn Guobadia's ex husband.

According to E! Online, Williams confirmed that she was engaged to Simon Guobadia in May 2021. Speaking on Instagram at the time, she revealed to fans that she and Guobadia are "crazy in love." Williams continued, "I know it's fast but we are living life each day to its fullest. I choose happiness every morning and every night. Tuning out all negative energy and only focused on positive wishes. He makes me so happy and to me, that is what matters most."

Addressing the timeline of their new relationship, Williams went on to claim that Simon had filed for divorce from Falynn in January 2021, adding that she "had nothing to do" with the couple's split. "That's between the two of them," she added.

Does Falynn Guobadia blame Porsha Williams for her divorce?

Speaking on her Instagram stories at the time, Falynn also informed her followers of her divorce from Simon, writing, "After two years of marriage and 5 years of friendship, Simon and I have made the difficult decision to go our separate ways" (via People).

According to Entertainment Tonight, Falynn eventually broke her silence on Williams and Simon's sudden engagement during an interview with Adam Newell in June 2021. During the sit-down, the former "RHOA" star revealed that she was blindsided by her now ex-husband's new relationship. However, she went on to clarify that she does not blame Williams for her and Simon's divorce.

"Simon and I were the ones who are married to one another, we're the ones who created a family together and built a life with one another. I blame the both of us. He's to blame, I am to blame and that is all." Falynn added, "Whatever came after that. I'm not saying it was right. I'm not saying it was wrong. But no. No one has that power besides Simon and I."
