In the song, the rapper appears to reference West cheating on Kardashian after the birth of their first two children, North and Saint. The couple later went on to welcome two more children, Chicago and Psalm, via surrogate. "The song is in a way his testimony of everything he did wrong and taking accountability for their marriage breakdown," one insider told Page Six of the lyrics.
Now, sources are revealing that West has regrets about his marriage to Kardashian, and is owning up to his part in their divorce, per People Magazine.
Kanye reportedly feels bad about hurting Kim during their marriage
Months after Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kanye West, the rapper is said to be regretting some of the choices he made during his relationship with the reality TV star. Sources close to West told People Magazine that he feels bad about how things played out with Kardashian and is taking accountability for his actions. "There were things that happened in their marriage that Kanye regrets. He wasn't always the best husband," the insider dished. "He knows that he hurt Kim. He will always love her though." The source went on to add, "Sometimes it seems that he hopes Kim will change her mind about the divorce."
For Kardashian's part, one source told the outlet that she has a lot of love for her estranged husband. However, she's finally moving on with her life and getting to a happier place now that they've split. "She will always love Kanye though," the insider said. "It's taken them months to get to this point. Kim is happy that they get along and that things are amicable."
