Here's How Kanye West Is Reportedly Helping Kim Kardashian Prepare For SNL

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, who share four children together, filed for divorce in February. However, fans have been very confused about the nature of their relationship since they've been seen together multiple times since calling it quits (via Cosmopolitan). Some fans have even speculated that the reality star and the rapper were on the road to reconciliation and might be getting back together in the near future, per E! Online.

However, Us Weekly reports that Kardashian and West are still very much separated, despite the close relationship that they maintain. Sources tell the outlet that the KKW Beauty founder and the "Heartless" singer plan to remain close in order to successfully co-parent their children. In addition, they will also help each other in their business ventures going forward. "[Kanye] is styling Kim," an insider dished. "They have more of a friendship and working relationship as they co-parent. They're not back together."

Earlier this year, Kardashian admitted that she decided to end the marriage for many reasons, including the fact that West lived in a different state and didn't share many of her interests. "I think it was just a general difference of opinions on a few things that led to this decision," she said. However, things are still good between the exes. West is allegedly even helping Kardashian with her upcoming "Saturday Night Live" gig.

Kim and Kanye having a working relationship

According to Page Six, Kim Kardashian is currently in New York City as she prepares to tackle one of her most challenging career roles yet, hosting "Saturday Night Live." However, the reality star isn't alone — her estranged husband Kanye West is reportedly by her side. "Kim is nervous about hosting 'SNL,' its a big challenge but she is determined to be a success," a source told the outlet. "Kanye is quietly advising her on her performance, her opening monologue, even her costumes for the show."

However, the couple's working relationship isn't surprising since Kardashian was seen at several of the rapper's events for his new album "Donda," and West also helped to style the mother of his children for the Met Gala, where she made a big splash. "[Kim] will be involved with Kanye's work ventures and he will be involved with hers," a source told Us Weekly of the duo's altered relationship.

Just last week, the exes were seen having a cozy dinner at Malibu hot spot Nobu, where they met up with Tracy Romulus, who works as the chief marketing officer of Kardashian's KKW brands. After the dinner meeting, Kardashian and West jumped into the same car and left the restaurant together.

It remains to be seen how West's influence will impact Kardashian's "SNL" hosting duties, but fans will likely be tuning in to see how the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star does during her first-ever hosting appearance.
