While in 2021, fans watched 2 seasons of "The Bachelorette," that likely won't be the case in 2022. It seems that ABC will go back to its normal schedule, with Season 19 of "The Bachelorette" airing in mid-to-late 2022 and "Bachelor in Paradise" airing during the summer.

Like clockwork, an update came for fans during "After The Final Rose," which came on following the Season 26 finale of "The Bachelor." At that time and as reported by E! Online, this hit show will return on July 11.

Fan favorites were taken into consideration for casting The Bachelorette

Earlier this year, there was speculation that a woman from Clayton Echard's season of "The Bachelor" could be chosen as ABC's new leading lady. There were other options, too, as fans could be interested in seeing someone like Natasha Parker or Demi Burnett, per Accept This Rose.

What viewers probably did not expect was two bachelorettes! Yes, as announced during "After The Final Rose," Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey will be the co-stars in Season 19. They were both on Season 26 of "The Bachelor," when Echard, who seemed to be into them, shared that he actually slept with multiple women, per Deadline.

This is the first time that "The Bachelorette" will have two leading ladies at the same time. Kaitlyn Bristowe and Britt Nilsson were both on Season 11, though it was decided that Bristowe should have the spot to herself. Similarly, Tayshia Adams and Clare Crawley were both on Season 16, but Crawley ended up leaving. This time around, as stated by Page Six, Recchia and Windey will be featured the whole time.
