Many websites, like BeautyTipToday.com, have attributed that piece of information to an old Ebony Magazine interview that's now not available on the internet.
However, according to Footwear Heights, the singer's height is said to officially be listed as 5 feet 7 inches. The singer confirmed this height in a video interview with Sky One's Richard Blackwood, where she states she is 5 feet 7 inches (via YouTube). The interview from back in the day when she was still a part of Destiny's Child.
She also added during that interview that she grows to 5 feet 10 inches when she wears high heels. These days, the singer can hardly be seen without an elevated pair of shoes which explains why Beyoncé looks so tall most of the time, so much so that there isn't much difference when she stands beside her husband, Jay-Z, who stands at an impressive 6 feet 2 inches, per The Sun.
