Loren & Alexei Reveal How They've Grown As A Couple Since Being On 90 Day Fiancé - Exclusive

The "90 Day Fiancé" franchise is one that doesn't stop giving, and its latest expansion on TLC includes two new reality spinoffs of everyone's favorite parent reality series. Among them is "Loren & Alexei: After the 90 Days," which stars Loren and Alexei Brovarnik who previously shared their relationship journey on "90 Day Fiancé" and its prior spinoffs, including "Pillow Talk." Now, they're once more sharing their relationship, but this time with an emphasis on their adventure into parenthood. In fact, "After the 90 Days" features a spontaneous trip to Israel, mommy-and-me classes for Loren, and all the behind-the-scenes shenanigans fans have come to expect from their favorite "90 Day" couples.

Luckily, we at The List were able to sit down and talk to Loren and Alexei about all things "After the 90 Days." They revealed what it was like to film a family-centric reality series during the COVID-19 pandemic, how the pandemic has affected their parenting, and how they've grown as a couple since first being on "90 Day Fiancé."

Loren and Alexei's growth is bigger than just having children

The beauty of "90 Day Fiancé" is seeing couples getting to know each other for the first time. The audience becomes part of the relationship in a way because they've witnessed the couple's growth since its inception. For Loren and Alexei Brovarnik, growth now includes two children, the journey to which can be seen on "Loren & Alexei: After the 90 Days." However, having children together isn't the couple's only growth.

"'90 Day Fiancé,' I mean, we were still adjusting to each other, right?" Loren told us. "Like living together with my parents, starting a life together, and now, I mean, we're married." Now, upon six years of growth, Loren added, "And now you're going to see more vulnerability from us. You're going to see just a deeper look at us and our family, and then our extended family."

Personally, too, the couple has grown. "Individually, I'm going to mention the fact that I've been very open with my Tourette syndrome and then my postpartum [depression]," Loren said. "And now I'm not ashamed or I don't hide behind it anymore. I'm not scared to tick or worry what somebody says." When it comes to Alexei, Loren was quick to note how open he's become as a person. "I think you definitely like opened up as a human being, like you blossomed. You're not like an onion. You don't have to peel you back anymore," she said of her husband. Alexei got to learn camera skills when filming "After the 90 Days" because of COVID-19 protocols, too!

So, are you excited to see this couple grow more?
