Jason Momoa Has Something To Say To Step-Daughter Zoe Kravitz Amid His Divorce

In case you missed it, earlier this month, "'Game of Thrones" and "Aquaman" star Jason Momoa announced he and his parter of 17 years, Lisa Bonet, have split (via People). At the time, Momoa posted on Instagram that after five years of marriage, the two have decided to part ways, saying, "We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times ... A revolution is unfolding and our family is of no exception ... feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring ... And so we share our Family news that we are parting ways in marriage."

When you hear of a couple separating, even a celebrity couple who is doing so as amicably as this couple appears to be, one of the first concerns many have is for the emotional welfare of the children. In the case of Momoa and Bonet, the couple spent years co-raising Bonet's daughter from her pervious relationship with musician Lenny Kravitz. But What Momoa has to say about his adult step-daughter Zoe Kravitz is heartwarming, and demonstrates there is plenty of love that will live long beyond the disillusion of the Momoa/Bonet union (via US).

Momoa is supportive of Kravitz's career

While Zoe Kravitz is hardly a child at 33, we imagine that making her family proud and feeling their undying love and support is still deeply and essentially meaningful for the actress. Earlier this week, she posted a promotional photo on her Instagram announcing the release date of her upcoming film "The Batman" (via US). She will play Catwoman aka Selena Kyle across from Robert Pattinson's Bruce Wayne/Batman.

In response, Momoa also posted the same image on his own Instagram and captioned it, "So proud. Can't wait .. March 4th. Love u zozo." He also commented on Zoe's post itself, expressing his loving support with playful emogis. Specifically, his comment read: "❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥."

It's lovely to see that even when parents split, children and step children are still treated as a top priority with pride and love. Momoa and Bonet also share two biological children together, daughter Lola, 14, and son Nakoa-Wolf, 13.
