Christina Hall Proves Her Marriage Is As Strong As Ever
When HGTV star Christina Hall turned 38, she made her relationship with realtor Joshua Hall public (via Us Weekly). It wasn't long before the mom of three had to defend the romance, having only recently ended her second marriage to Ant Anstead (via House Beautiful).But quickly, the new couple was engaged and then married, with the "Flip or Flop" alum continuing to block out the noise about the speed with which the two made things official (via Page Six).
Since the Halls said "I do" in a secret ceremony at some point in April of this year, life has been nothing if not turbulent. Not only is Anstead waging a custody battle over their son Hudson with his ex, but the star mom experienced a scare in May when her son Brayden, whom she shares with her first ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, landed in the hospital, requiring emergency surgery.
Needless to say, it seems that the home designer's new husband has been with her every step of the way, with Hall posting tribute after tribute to his Instagram in support of his wife.
Now, as Christina enjoys her 39th birthday, she's proving that her marriage is doing better than ever despite a year of challenges.
Joshua Hall gushes about his wife
Both Christina and Joshua Hall took to Instagram to chronicle their vacation celebrating the last year of her 30s. The trip looked romantic and amazing, with the Daily Mail reporting the couple spent time in Big Sur, California to mark the occasion.
For his part, the new public figure took the opportunity to once again honor his wife in a touching post. "39 and lookin fine," he wrote as a caption to a photo of the pair taken in front of the Post Ranch Inn. He went on to wish his "perfect wife" a happy birthday and call her "easy to please." According to his post, the duo spent the weekend alone enjoying "tasty meals" and one another's company. Joshua ended his post by professing his love for Christina.
Meanwhile, on his Instagram Story, the realtor shared a clip of the HGTV star running on the beach and another photo of their "cave adventures" in which he was holding her and smiling in a beautiful setting.
As for the mom of three, well, she too was intent on proving the strength of their relationship on her social media.
Christina Hall gushes right back
Just a few days after posting a July 4th-themed family photo of herself with Joshua Hall and her three kids, Taylor, Brayden and Hudson, Christina Hall was back on Instagram sharing details about her birthday getaway with her husband of less than a year.
The star posted the same shot of herself kissing her spouse in the water and proclaimed in the caption that she was "going out with a bang" as she wrapped up her 30s. Hall also shared the cave photo to her Instagram Story as well as the video of herself frolicking on the sand. Finally, the home designer thrilled fans with a final image of the couple holding hands at a restaurant and enjoying "views on views on views" of the Pacific Ocean.
Hall's post comes the same weekend as her ex Ant Anstead's Instagram share featuring his new love, Renée Zellweger. "This lady. Pure. Class," he captioned the sweet photo of the two relaxing on the beach.
