Experience

Mary co-edited her college literary magazine and taught English for six years, but didn’t pursue her own writing dreams until after the birth of her second child. Her novels and audiobooks are available at all major retailers, and her essays can be found online at Huffington Post, Feminine Collective, Mutha Magazine, Women Writers, and Medium. Mary also adores live music, so she loves her summer job as an usher at Boston’s best waterfront music venue. Another of her passions is waste reduction; ask nicely and she may make you a skirt out of an old pair of jeans.

Education

Mary holds a BA in English from Providence College, where she was fortunate enough to have studied poetry and creative fiction with acclaimed feminist poet Jane Lunin-Perel.
