Zara And Mike Tindall Have 3 Children. Here's What We Know About Them

Zara and Mike Tindall may not be the best-known members of the British royal family, but according to psychic and astrologer Inbaal Honigman, they are the most compatible couple of the brood. She told Express that their star signs make their home life run smoothly. "Venus is the planet of love, peace, and happy home life, and so those two signs are really compatible with one another," she said. "Especially for marriage and sharing a household together."

Zara, is the daughter of Anne, Princess Royal. She and Mike tied the knot in 2011, and their union has been successful. Until Mike made his reality tv stint on "I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!," the pair seemed to enjoy a life outside of the spotlight. They are more laid-back royals, especially when it comes to parenting their three children.

The down-to-earth parents are raising three kids, and though they may stay out of the limelight more than some of their royal relatives, this is what we know about them.

The Tindalls have three children

Zara and Mike Tindall are the proud parents of three children: Mia, Lena, and Lucas. Parenting expert Sandra Trew told Express that the pair take a more down-to-earth approach to parenting, allowing their children to act as such. "Zara and Mike used their experiences and knowledge based on their upbringing to create their family lifestyle," Trew shared. "They have built a strong connection with their eldest child Mia Tindall, allowing them to parent in a positive but down-to-earth way."

Unlike some of their royal cousins, the Tindall kids are often seen horsing around and having a good time. This behavior may be considered out of the ordinary for royals, who expect their children to be on their best behavior at all times. Although we all recall how Prince Louis, the youngest son of William and Kate Middleton, the Prince and Princess of Wales, couldn't hold back his silly child behavior during Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee, such breaches of decorum from royal kids are rare. Zara and Mike allow their children to act like kids, even when cameras are rolling.

Since they tend to stay out of the spotlight, especially their youngest two, we don't know as much about them as we do other royal children.

The Tindall kids have special connections to the royal family

While the children of Zara and Mike Tindall are not seen in the spotlight as often as other royal kids, their daughter Lena has a very important godfather. A source told the Daily Mail that Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, was named godfather of the couple's middle child. It appears he and his wife, Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, are close to the child, having spent extra time with her before their son Archie arrived.

The Tindalls' eldest child, Mia, has a special connection to her royal family members as well. During the 2022 Christmas season, Mia was spotted with Prince George, the eldest son of William and Catherine Middleton, Prince and Princess of Wales, joking around and poking fun at him. It seems the second cousins share a playful bond.

As for Lucas, the couple hasn't shied away from telling the wild story of his birth. On an episode of "The Good, The Bad & The Rugb‪y" podcast, which Mike co-hosts, Mike shared that Lucas was born at home on the bathroom floor, as they were unable to get to the hospital in time. "So yeah, it was running to the gym, get a mat, get into the bathroom, get the mat on the floor, towels down, brace, brace, brace," he said (via BBC). While this was an accident, they were unexpectedly following an old family tradition as Queen Elizabeth II had all four of her children at home.
