The Oscars are imminent, and like every year, the top 25 nominees will receive an exclusive swag bag packed full of goodies. Past bags have been valued into the six figures, with this year's bag estimated at $126,000, according to Variety. Marketing company Divine Assets is the brand behind the "Everyone Wins" bags, which are rightfully and enormously popular with Oscar nominees. "We get calls from about 25% to 30% of the nominees each year who want to make sure we know where to get their bag to them," Distinctive Assets founder Lash Fary told CNBC.

Curious to know what's inside this year's bag? While the highest-ticket items are reported to be luxury trips to Canada and Italy, the bags also include plenty of products — including even a few accessible surprises that just about anyone could buy on their own. Some such items are beauty products, snacks, and even a hand soap that is so wonderful Oprah added it to her annual list of favorite things.

Here is a closer look into some of the goodies inside the luxe 2023 swag bags for top Oscar nominees.

Cozy apparel and footwear

When it comes to glorious gifts for the top 25 Oscar nominees, cozy apparel and footwear is at the top of the list. The lucky 25 will be gifted their own Jambys from the brand by the same name that bills itself as "performance inactivewear." Jambys begin retailing for $35 and are enormously popular with people of all genders, as their cozy unisex design makes them appealing for anyone and everyone who seeks comfortable loungewear that could double as something to wear on a run — if running is your thing.

The key element that makes Jambys so wonderful is the Modal fabric the company uses to make them. In its review of Jambys, Insider explained that Spandex is mixed with Modal, which is plant-based and more sustainable and planet-friendly than cotton, and knitted into buttery soft French terry.

In addition to Jambys, the swag bags also include a little something for the feet — Havaianas flip-flops. These shoes are perfect for indoor or outdoor wear, and retail for $30.

Environmentally friendly wellness products

Oscar nominees will likely be thrilled with some of the all-natural beauty and wellness products that are included in this year's swag bags, such as the All Better Co. plant-based first-aid products.

All Better Co. doesn't offer your average save-the-day kit. The brand's Better Skin Bundle ($28) includes the Better Balm and the Better Lippy. The company asserts that the Lippy is ideal for dried-out lips that also could use a little bit of protection from UV rays, while the brand's Better Balm can be used all over the body for total hydration.

Evolvetogether products can also be found in this year's bag. The brand has been getting a lot of attention for its Hydrating Hand Cream ($27) — and if you want a fairly inexpensive way to feel like an Oscar nominee, slathering on some hand cream sounds like an easy way to do it.

Non-alcoholic and boozy beverages

The lucky 25 who receive swag bags will be treated to some select alcoholic beverages — including an inexpensive bottle of wine you're likely to find at your local grocery store — and non-alcoholic beverages.

Each bag includes Antigua Cruz Añejo Cristalino Tequila ($59.99). While this type of tequila is not as common as añejo, blanco, or reposado tequila, Liquor.com asserts that it has been growing in popularity. And after being included in the 2023 "Everyone Wins" bags, we suspect it will grow a larger celebrity fanbase. The bags also include a bottle of wine from a brand that many might recognize: Frontera. Yes, as in the same $3 bottle of wine you bought last week. It may seem like a strange thing to gift celebrities, but Frontera wines are consistently well-reviewed, with one Drizly customer calling the Pinot Noir "surprisingly pleasant."

In addition to alcohol, some fun non-alcoholic options, like Harmless Harvest Organic Coconut Water and Tranquini Wellness Drink, have been included. Sparkling water has been enormously popular for years, and the hemp-infused selection from Tranquini will likely surprise and delight the celebs who get to try it.

Prenatal vitamins for men and women

The 2023 Oscar swag bags are also looking out for the health and well-being of a specific part of our population: people who are actively hoping to conceive babies and those who are pregnant. Beli Prenatal Vitamins are included in this year's swag bags, and the vitamins stand out for a pretty unique reason. They are actually manufactured for men and women — designed to help assist with the health of people who are attempting to conceive.

As Beli explains on the brand's website, the prenatal vitamins designed for men give them "the right nutrients optimized for reproductive and sperm health, with some amazing bonus benefits of energy, balance and overall wellness." Beli also claims that their vitamins for women help get women get to an optimal state of health before conception and maintain the needed vitamins throughout a pregnancy. Beli sells its vitamins as $50 monthly subscription.

Lots of snacks

What good is a swag bag without snacks? Twenty-five Oscar nominees will receive a variety of treats, like Clif Bar Thins, Comvita Raw Manuka Honey, and Opopop flavored popcorn.

Many are familiar with Clif bars — if you haven't tried them out, you've probably at least spotted them at the grocery store. The bars assist in boosting energy levels, which can be especially helpful for people who are about to work out or participate an activity that requires a bit more energy than they might already have. The thins, however, are a new, lower-calorie offering from the brand.

Comvita's Raw Manuka Honey is known for being one of the best kinds of honey on the market — but that comes with a big price tag. Depending on which manuka honey you choose, an 8.8-ounce jar will set you back anywhere from $17.99 to $129.99. While it's not cheap, it is sustainably sourced and undeniably delicious.

Beauty products galore

Select 2023 Oscar nominees are about to receive a plethora of health, beauty, and wellness-related products in their swag bags. These include a microneedling treatments, a serum that claims to provide incredible results, and a hand soap that is so good Oprah has given it her stamp of approval.

Beauty brand Oxygenetix has hooked up with Dr. Jay Calvert MD & ROXSpa in Beverly Hills and Dr. Shino Bay Aguilera of Fort Lauderdale to gift each recipient of a swag bag with Potenza microneedling treatments, Variety reported. Potenza uses radiofrequency to encourage the body's own natural healing and can be used any time of the year. On top of that, the bags include Oxygenetix concealer and foundation.

Recipients will also receive the KFS Cellular Protein Complex Serum from Serucell ($180), which the brand describes as "a groundbreaking infusion of more than 1500 bio-active proteins, collagens, peptides and signaling factors that support optimal communication to rejuvenate your skin from within."

Additionally, Shinery's Radiance Wash has made it into each bag, and while hand soap may not sound like an exciting inclusion, this soap promises to clean your jewelry and your hands all in one go. No wonder Oprah loves it!
