Unlikely as they may seem, Jenner and Chalamet could be the hottest new celeb couple.
According to an anonymous source who spoke to Entertainment Tonight, the pair are seeing each other in a casual capacity. "It's not serious, but Kylie is enjoying hanging out with Timothée and seeing where it goes," the insider revealed. "It's been really fun for her because it feels a lot different than her past relationships. It's new and exciting for Kylie and she's having a lot of fun."
Jenner and Chalamet have not been spotted out together just yet, and the source explained that this is because they both want to keep things low-key for the time being. "Kylie decided she didn't want to make things public with Timothée this past weekend at Coachella and really just wanted to chill and have fun with her friends," the source shared. But how long have they been a thing?
The evidence for them being together is slowly adding up
You may be wondering how the pair met, but the source who spoke to ET seems to think Kylie Jenner's sister, Kendall Jenner, was the potential reason, sharing, "Timothée is also friends with Kendall so it's been easy for Kylie to integrate him into her life." Rumors first started swirling in April 2023, when anonymous gossip forum DeuxMoi received a tip that Timothée Chalamet and Jenner had supposedly been seeing each since January.
The speculation only grew when a car belonging to the makeup mogul was spotted outside Chalamet's home. Also in April, a source revealed to People that the alleged couple were "hanging out and getting to know each other." Amidst rumors Jenner had split from her long-term partner Travis Scott, another source revealed to People earlier that same month that Jenner "is very focused on her kids and her business."
They elaborated, "She is not a big partier. Travis is the opposite. He likes to party. They definitely have different focuses. They always did." Though nothing has been confirmed either way just yet, the rumors of Chalamet and Jenner dating seem pretty legit.
Both Jenner and Chalamet have had high profile past relationships
As mentioned above, Kylie Jenner's most recent (and longest) relationship was with Travis Scott. Known for being on and off, the former couple share two children. Another well-known relationship of Jenner's was with rapper Tyga. It caused major controversy due to speculation that the rapper began dating Jenner when he was 24 and she was 17, though the pair did not confirm they were together until she turned 18. They broke up in 2017, at which point Jenner began dating Travis Scott.
As for Timothée Chalamet, he's enjoyed his own string of high-profile relationships. A short while after being linked to Madonna's daughter, Lourdes Leon, in 2013, Chalamet dated Lily-Rose Depp from 2018 to 2020 (their breakup was never confirmed). He was then spotted with actor Eiza González in June 2020, though the couple had reportedly split by October of that year.
Fast forward to 2022, and Chalamet attended Coachella with model Sarah Talabi. In a statement given to Page Six, she deflected the topic of their dating, so it seems like Talabi and Chalamet were a casual thing (if they were ever a thing at all).
