HGTV's Christina Haack Doesn't Want Her Daughter To Enter The Television World For Now

If you love watching stunning house transformations, you've probably heard of Christina Haack. The American real estate investor and TV host is most known for her role as a co-star on HGTV's "Flip or Flop" alongside ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, as well as starring in the show "Christina on the Coast." She also stars in the channel's television series "Christina in the Country," where she creates beautiful renovations of clients' homes in the picturesque countryside of Tennessee, Texas.

Despite having a successful career in real estate investing and renovations, Haack isn't as eager for her daughter to follow in her footsteps just yet. In an interview with E! News, Haack opened up about her daughter, saying: "Taylor is just a natural ... She's actually really good at design and she's really good on camera. It kind of freaks me out, but I don't want her to do any of that for a while." Haack has been enjoying watching her kids grow up and claimed she wants time to slow down so she can enjoy every moment.

Christina Haack wants her children to remain out of the spotlight for now

Haack isn't ready to let her children take on real estate or showbiz just yet, but she does allow her children Taylor and Brayden to casually appear in the series "Christina in the Country." The TV personality ensures that their time filming is limited and still allows them to have a regular life. In the interview, Haack told E! News: "They film with us maybe a maximum of an hour, maybe once a month ... I want them to go to college and then later, much later, if that's something they want to do and pursue, more power to them. But most importantly, I just want them to have normal childhoods."

Haack keeps a close eye on her children and their exposure to the media, but the realtor has experienced her share of drama in the public eye. Christina Haack knows how it feels for family drama to go public

Christina Haack and her ex-husband Ant Anstead were in the midst of a legal battle after Anstead petitioned for full custody of their son Hudson, claiming she only spent nine days each month with their son in two years. Haack was quick to defend herself, stating: "What Ant is doing deeply saddens me. If this was really about Hudson, as he says, this should have been handled privately with a private judge or mediation, as myself and my attorney have suggested" (via Us Weekly).

Haack was also in the public eye after having an argument with her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, and his wife, Heather Rae Young, at their son's soccer game. According to E! News, Haack and Young were photographed having what appeared to be a disagreement at the soccer game in Newport Beach, California.
