Vanderpump Rules' Lala Kent Reveals Her Biggest Accomplishment In Life
Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent is in celebration mode, and it's well deserved. Earlier this year, the Bravo personality revealed on her Instagram story (via People) that she has been battling alcoholism for some time now, and that she had joined Alcoholics Anonymous.
Now, Kent's hard work and determination to turn her life around are paying off. She revealed in an Instagram post on October 22 that she has now been alcohol-free for a full year. The milestone is a major accomplishment, and Kent is understandably proud of herself and how far she has come over the last 12 months

Kent posted a picture of herself on the social media site and opened up about her journey in the caption. "Today, I am 1 year sober," wrote the Vanderpump Rules star. "This is the biggest accomplishment I've ever had in my life and the one I am most proud of. The moments I have had in the past year have been a blessing that I have been present for. I didn't have that before. Today, I will celebrate my 1 year birthday because it's exciting. It is also humbling. Because today, and every day after that, I will fight for it. But I won't give it up for anything."

It seems that Lala Kent has had a good support system that has helped her get through the past year. Her fiancé, Randall Emmett, who proposed not long before Kent began her sobriety journey, posted a congratulatory post on his Instagram story (via People).
"Lala Kent, I am so proud of you," wrote Emmett. "One year sober, the world is a better place and you are an inspiration to everybody. I am so proud of you and your commitment. I love you and you are the most amazing woman in the world."
