Here's How Much Botched's Paul Nassif Is Actually Worth

Reality star and highly respected plastic surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif is used to making people's dreams come true, whether it's giving them the nose they've always wanted or fixing others dubious work on the hit show Botched.

Before that show made him a household name, the expert facial and reconstructive surgeon appeared on Dr. 90210, named after the swanky neighborhood where Nassif conducts the majority of his business, as well as Bravo's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, alongside ex-wife Adrienne Maloof.

Dr. Nassif has surely found his niche these days and, as one of the most in-demand cosmetic surgeons in the world, he's reaping the rewards in a big way.

Dr. Nassif is in serious demand as a reconstructive surgeon

Celebrity Net Worth notes Dr. Paul Nassif was born in Los Angeles, California and studied at the USC School of Medicine, graduating in 1992, where he now teaches. He also lectures at UCLA.

The celebrity doctor is licensed to practice in both California and Nevada, specializing in revision and ethnic rhinoplasty, which essentially means Nassif is a nose job expert for patients around the world — in particular, he's an expert at fixing nose jobs that have gone horribly wrong. While there's no telling how much Nassif gets paid per procedure, we do know that the surgeries we see on Botched cost a pretty penny — up to $100,000.

Aside from reality TV work, Dr. Nassif has appeared on the likes of Good Morning America, NBC Nightly News, CBS Healthbeat, The Today Show, Inside Edition, Entertainment Tonight, and Extra.

Landing at number nine on Money's list of the world's richest plastic surgeons (Botched co-star Dr. Terry Dubrow is sitting pretty at number three), he's clearly earned his stellar reputation.

Botched's Dr. Paul Nassif is reaping the rewards of years of hard work

In August 2019, Dr. Nassif opened up to Hello! about getting into the field of revisionist plastic surgery in the first place. "When I was doing my residency [training in a teaching hospital], a six-year-old boy came in after being attacked by a couple of pit-bulls. I spent a lot of time helping reconstruct that little boy, which gave me so much pleasure and joy. That's when I knew I would specialize in this field," he reminisced.

Unlike surgeons who will give the patient whatever they want, even if it's not the right move for them, Dr. Nassif is intent on showing them the way instead. "I'm not the typical doctor that gives patients what they want. I don't do that. I try to give them what I want as long as they're okay with that. I know what's going to match their face. We have a discussion and I tell them: 'Rather than going for that, let me show you this.' If they like it and are on board, then we'll proceed. If they don't like it, then we're not a good fit together. In my private practice, I probably say no to 10-15 percent of patients." he explained.

It's certainly served him well thus far, as Celebrity Net Worth and Money put the Botched star and in-demand surgeon's current net worth at a massive $14 million. That's a lot of fixed noses.
